Client & Trainer Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities, rights, and expectations of both the client (“you”) and the designated personal trainer to ensure a safe and professional training experience.
1. Client Responsibilities
Payment – All training fees must be paid by the 1st or 16th of each month, or before the first session of a purchased package. Payment secures your scheduled training sessions (standard duration: 55 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon).
Punctuality – Clients are expected to arrive on time for sessions. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Cancellations & No-Shows – A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session, except in emergencies. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed entirely will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Refunds – Refunds of unused sessions are granted only for medical reasons and must be supported by a physician’s note within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Preparedness – Clients are encouraged to bring water, a towel, and any requested personal equipment, and to wear appropriate workout attire.

2. Trainer Responsibilities
Professional Service – The Trainer will provide expert instruction, education, and support tailored to the client’s goals, fitness level, and experience.
Customized Programming – All programs will be designed to be safe and effective, reflecting each client’s unique objectives and abilities.
Punctuality – If the Trainer is late, additional time will be added to that session or credited to the client at no additional cost.
Package Fulfillment – Upon purchasing a training package, the Trainer will contact the client within 3 business days to schedule the initial session.

3. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal and health-related information shared with the Trainer will be collected solely for training purposes and kept secure. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law.
4. Photography & Social Media (Optional)
Clients may consent to allow progress photos or videos to be used for documentation and marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by notifying the Trainer in writing.
5. Liability Waiver
Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury and illness. By engaging in training services, clients confirm they have consulted with a physician regarding their fitness to participate and agree to release and hold harmless the Trainer, its employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Amendments & Termination
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as needed. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
