1:1 Personalized, private training designed to fit your goals, pace, and fitness level. Each session is tailored to you, with hands-on coaching, form correction, and progress tracking to help you see results faster.

Mobile In-Person Training – $95/hour (+$15 flat fee beyond 30 miles)
Prefer to train at home, your office, or even a park? I bring the workout to you with all the equipment and expertise needed for a full, effective session. Convenient, flexible, and built around your lifestyle.

Virtual Video Training – $60/hour
Train from anywhere with live, interactive video sessions. Get the same guidance, accountability, and motivation as in-person training, with the flexibility of working out from home or while traveling.

Group Classes – Contact for Pricing
Stay motivated in a fun, supportive environment. Group sessions combine expert coaching with the energy of a community, helping you push harder and stay consistent. Classes average $15–$30 per session, depending on the format and instructor. Group classes we offer are: Yoga, Cycling & HIIT classes that range from beginner to advanced levels.
