Hi, I’m Coach Britt, the heart behind G.A.L. Fitness.

For years, I lived in the fast-paced world of corporate analytics and marketing, working with some of the biggest names in tech. On paper, it was a dream career. But somewhere along the way, I realized the impact of my work felt… distant. I was helping businesses grow, but I wasn’t seeing or feeling the difference in people’s lives directly. During that time, I also found myself struggling to balance my own health, often having trouble finding the time and energy for fitness while keeping up with the demands of corporate life.

That disconnect led me back to where my true passion began: fitness and wellness.

Back in college, I fell in love with training through CrossFit classes, group challenges, and eventually guiding family and friends in their own health journeys. I saw how movement wasn’t just about getting stronger or looking different—it was about feeling alive, reclaiming confidence, and creating balance across mind, body, and spirit.

In 2024, I launched G.A.L. Fitness with one simple belief:
Health is the foundation of everything.
When we strengthen our bodies, we nourish our minds. When we take care of our physical health, we unlock emotional resilience. And when we align all of that with our inner, spiritual wellness—we create space for joy, purpose, and a higher quality of life.

At G.A.L. Fitness, I work especially with women who want more than just a workout. My approach blends movement with mindfulness, strength with soul, and fitness with freedom.
